HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Place your order on our wholesale website at redcoral.ca, email your order to info@redcoral.ca or speak with one of our sales rep by phone at 1-866-788-7608.
HOW CAN I VIEW YOUR WHOLESALE PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
You can access our wholesale website at redcoral.ca and click on wholesale.
If you are a new customer, you have to register for an online account by filling in all the necessary information along with a username and password. Once submitted, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for a sales rep to review and approve your store.
If you are an existing customer with Red Coral Inc., you can contact us directly and we will assign a username and password to you to access our wholesale website.
If you do not own a store, please go to www.redcoralfashion.com to access our retail website, or drop in at any of our store locations in the GTA. For store locations, click here: https://redcoralfashion.com/find-a-red-coral-store
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
If you are a new customer, your first order's minimum order is $500.00 CAD before tax.
If you are a returning customer, the minimum order online is $300.00 CAD before tax.
The minimum for regular-priced items per style/colour is 3. The minimum for sale/clearance merchandise is 5.
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless items received are damaged - please contact jackie@redcoral.ca to receive a Return Authorization number to start a claim.
WHERE IS THE SHOWROOM LOCATED?
Unfortunately we do not have a showroom at this location. Our showroom is our website, or call us to see which tradeshows we'll be attending.
I CAN'T SEE ANY PRODUCTS OR PRICING. WHAT DO I DO?

DO YOU PROVIDE CASH & CARRY?
Only at the tradeshows. Please call us to see which tradeshows we'll be attending.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept e-transfer.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship within Canada, as well as the United States (duty charges may apply).
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping varies depending on your location. Please contact us to get a quote.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE MERCHANDISE RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?
You can file a claim by emailing Jackie at jackie@redcoral.ca along with providing a photo of the damaged item(s). Please include your invoice number and store name when filing a claim
