How do I create an account to view products?
If you are an existing customer with Red Coral Inc., you can contact us directly and we will assign a username and password to you. 

If you are a new customer, you have to register for an account by filling in all the necessary information along with a username and password. Once submitted, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for a sales rep to review and approve your store.

How can I place an order?
You can place your order online at redcoral.ca and click on wholesale, email your order to info@redcoral.ca or fax it to 416-781-6819. You are also welcome to visit the showroom to place an order.

Where is the showroom located?
The showroom is located at 99 Tycos Drive, North York, ON. M6B 1W3. If you would like to visit the showroom, please call 416-781-0447 to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

 

I do not own a store; can I buy your products?
To access our retail website, please go to www.redcoralfashion.com or drop in at any of our store locations in the GTA. For store locations, click here: https://redcoralfashion.com/find-a-store

I can’t see any products or pricing. What do I do?
Please register to access our wholesale website.  If you still cannot see any information, please contact us at admin@redcoral.ca.

 

Do you do cash and carry?
Yes! Feel free to visit our showroom at 99 Tycos Drive, North York, ON. M6B 1W3 during business hours.

What payments do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.

Where do you ship?

We ship within Canada, as well as the United States (duty charges may apply).

What is the minimum order?
If you are a new customer, the minimum order is $300.00 CAD before tax. If you are a returning customer, the minimum order is $100.00 CAD before tax.

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on your location. Please contact us to get a quote.

What do I do if the merchandise I receive is damaged?
You can file a claim by emailing rovi@redcoral.ca along with providing a photo of the damaged item(s). Please include your invoice number and store name when filing a claim
